Rochdale Riverside competition (Trick or treat trail):
Starts Saturday 25th October 2024, ends 11:59pm GMT on Sunday 3rd November 2024.

Entry into this competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of Rochdale Riverside.
There is one prize – One gift card of £100 for a retailer at Rochdale Riverside as listed on the website, chosen by the winner. Subject to availability. Gift cards will expire one year from the date of the competition entry date and no further gift cards will be issued should the balance expire without use.
Every holder of a completed entry form is entitled to receive 20% off a donut courtesy of Dunkin. This offer extends to the Dunkin store located at Riverside Rochdale only. The entry form must be completed in full and forfeited to redeem this offer. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. One donut per person. Dunkin reserve the right to withdrawn this offer at any time. This offer ends on 3rd November. No entry forms will be accepted after this date and no 20% discount will be offered.
Entry opens Saturday 25th October 2024, and closes 11:59pm GMT on Sunday 3rd November 2024. The winner will be picked at random from all correctly completed entry forms and contacted by ICG, with 48 hours to accept the prize.
Once notified, the winner must collect their prize from Rochdale Riverside. ID will need to be presented when collecting the prize. A photo of the winning recipient will be taken and may be used in a follow-up social media post on Rochdale Riverside’s social media. You may opt out of this if you wish.
No purchase necessary. No cash alternatives or substitutions, the prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no change will be given.
Incomplete and partial entries will be excluded from the competition.
Employees of Rochdale Riverside, their agents and families, suppliers and associated companies are excluded from entering.
In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions Rochdale Riverside’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Rochdale Riverside does not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
Rochdale Riverside does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions.
