Here at Rochdale Riverside we’re proud to offer free EV charging.
As a little reward to those drivers doing their bit for the environment, we provide six 7kw charging stations on level 3, where electric vehicle owners need only pay the cost of parking, not powering.
Rochdale Riverside is a forward-thinking retail and leisure destination which strives to stay ahead of the curve in energy efficiency and eco initiatives.
Centre Manager Rachel Byrne says: “Free EV charging is just one of the many ways Rochdale Riverside is committed to climate responsibility, and we also recycle 100% of onsite waste.
“We have six EV points that charge at 7kw, which is split if two cars are charging at the same time. We’re pleased to do our bit in supporting the charging infrastructure that will hopefully encourage more car buyers to choose electric in the years ahead.”
