Rochdale Riverside is gearing up to bring festive joy to the heart of the community.
This year, we are hosting a series of enchanting events, creating a magical atmosphere for visitors of all ages.
Kicking off the holiday celebrations is Rochdale BID’s Festive Artisan Market on the 30th of November from 4pm to 8pm. Explore a wonderland of unique crafts, delectable treats and seasonal delights.
On Saturday 2nd of December, Rochdale Riverside will welcome Santa’s Little Helpers, who will be on hand to carry shopping bags and giveaway sweet treats while performing roller skating tricks.
Elf fans should mark their calendars for the 9th of December as the Big Elf and Little Elf will be roaming around, posing for pics, telling tales of Santa’s Workshop and taking names for the Good List!
Guests should prepare for a dose of merry mischief on the 16th of December when The Grinch himself visits Rochdale Riverside. Snap those selfies and have a giggle with the cheeky green character.
Wrap up the celebrations with The Waggon of Wishes on the 23rd of December. Teresa Green and her Evergreens will be asking a series of festive questions and, if you get the answer correct, you can press their button to win a prize!
Enjoy the sounds of the season with the Salvation Army carolling on the 23rd of December. Join in the fun as they fill Rochdale Riverside with festive spirit.
In the true spirit of giving, Rochdale Riverside is honoured to serve as a drop-off point for the Rochdale Council Toy Appeal. Visit the management office, located near Puttstars to contribute to making a child’s Christmas magical. The toy appeal collection will run until Wednesday, 13th December 2023.
